"This home is perfect for nature lovers, and those who want a quiet getaway. We enjoyed 8 days of bicycling, kayaking and boating. The home is situated right on a slough on the Columbia River and the views are superb. Hosts Steve and Betsy are welcoming, and provide everything one would want for a comfortable, memorable stay. The home is incredibly clean and well-appointed. We will be back!"

"We stayed here for a work trip and our crew loved it! It was so nice to have such a comfortable quiet place to come home to at the end of each day. Swimming in the creek was refreshing, and cozying up inside at night was so lovely. We are hoping to stay here again for another work trip!"

"Beautiful place, great location, wonderful views. Not quite as clean as expected. We looked forward to sitting on the deck but the furniture had a bunch of bird crap and spider webs on it so my wife was turned off and wouldn't go out there. Usual surfaces were clean, but anything not thought of was dusty. Could use a good detail once a month, especially at that price. Shower head and shower curtain rod needs an upgrade."
"What an amazing place! I could have stayed here my entire visit and never gone into Astoria ... just sitting on the dock and watching the wildlife and dipping my toes in the creek. Lots of room for everyone (we had 7 adults and we had space to be by ourselves or as a group). Astoria is about 15 minutes away and is such a great place to visit with lots of things to do and see. "
