The units are not soundproof. One can hear everything (neighbours, road traffic, air planes). For that reason alone I think the rooms are overpriced. The airport shuttle runs on time and was the reason we chose this hotel.

Air conditioner was broken. Maint. was called and they told us if it didn't come on in 20 min. to let the desk know. It did not come on and we were moved to another room. Employees, desk, bell, etc. were VERY polite and helpful.
