This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/cafe on the ground floor is fantastic. They had good coffee and a nice selection of craft beers on tap. They also had a nice rooftop lounge.

We had a great stay at Holly House. The location was fantastic, a quick walk up to plenty of bars and restaurants, nestled in a quieter suburban area, the location was fantastic. Check in was easy, all done via a code panel on the doors. The room had everything we needed, great kitchen amenities, the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The room was quite dusty when we arrived and smelled dusty, I spent some time dusting the apartment before I could settle in comfortably. The management team was...

Everything is great from the front-desk staff to the rooms themselves. My room had a sofa instead of a desk, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The only small downside is level 4 has a lot of fan noise coming from an electrical room - I could hear it a bit with my door shut but otherwise the rest of the hotel is fine. Excellent value and location thanks to food and drinks downstairs and a nice lake to walk around in the area. I would stay there again, no problems at all.

Free parking is available and we had a car for our trip in Austin, so worked out well, everything is only a short drive.

We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed.
