He provided helpful information before the trip started and once we arrived he gave us a walk through of the property over the phone which really helped avoid any questions we may have encountered while we were there.The photos displayed within VRBO are spot on! The property is as beautiful as the photos depict! Great view of the ocean from the balcony and the views from the front door/entrance are spectacular as well!The property is spacious and well laid out. Everything necessary for cooking and eating meals was there.Our experience at the property was a great one!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is an end unit , right beside the stairs, which made for easy access to the beach and the pool. Condo was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed in mid October so it was rather windy, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. The property management company was excellent with their communications and very quick to respond to any questions. My three sisters and I pick a different location every year for our annual trip and this was one of our favorite stays. It’s not close to many restaurants but we ordered food from South Beach Grill. It was excellent and hot when delivered."
