Features five bedrooms - 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Trundle (converts to King) and 1 set of bunk beds... PLUS 2 cribs, 3 Queen blow up mattresses.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please make sure the elevator is left on the 2nd or 3rd floors.
Exit out the garage, locking doors, and leaving keys on the hook in the ground-floor foyer.
Load and Start Dishwasher, drape used towels over bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Memorial Day - Labor Day we only rent 7 nights; Saturday to Saturday.
$250 will be taken from damage deposit if large furniture is moved. Please do NOT MOVE glass table.
HOT TUB: Additional $250 fee if sand/grass in hot tub due to having to change H20. Please shower before using to avoid fee.

Beautiful!

We had a very special week as a family at this gorgeous home! The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and the extra amenities they provide are wonderful (such as pool table, weight room, & beach gear). We will definitely return!

Great house in a great town

This was the perfect house for our family getaway. The location is perfect - with the beautiful marsh sunsets and just steps from beach access, at the end of the island without much traffic. The amenities and equipment there is better than I've ever had at a rental - plenty of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons to haul kiddos and stuff to the beach. Also two kayaks to take advantage of paddling through the marsh - wonderful! The kitchen and baths were supplied with paper products, trash bags, soap and shampoo - we felt right at home from the very beginning. I gave a 4/5 on cleanliness only because the hottub didn't seem very clean on our arrival - but the house was in great shape otherwise. Our family agreed that we would totally stay here again!

ideal house and location

A truly lovely house with gorgeous views. Everything we could think of was provided and more. A perfect place for a family from 2-65 and older. it had an elevator and cart so no schlepping groceries up 3 flights of stairs! Beds were comfy. We loved that there were 3 full-king beds as we had couples. loved the location overlooking the marsh- way more interesting than the ocean we thought and location on island is nice, not so busy at that end. Also nice to be able to walk around the marsh at this end. Host super responsive as well.

Awesome Spot

This rental had everything I was looking for. Location - can't be beat sunset seats, ocean visible across the street, comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen. Barbara was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Location on the Intercoastal

You can't beat this location at the quiet North End of Wrightsville with an incredible sunset view. The house spaces for everyone to hang together and apart. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Incredible House on North End

This house was absolutely incredible. We rented it for 3 weeks in June and are planning to do the same next year. The sunsets are perfect, the beach is not that crowded, and the Wrightsville coffee and taco shops are about a two mile walk which was perfect for us. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Very nice home!

This is a spacious beautiful house that has everything. The shady back deck view over the tidal marsh is fantastic and the sunsets are stunning. Ocean views from 2 more decks in the front and the beach is a 2 minute walk across the street.
