Features five bedrooms - 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen, 1 Trundle (two twins; can convert to King), 1 Bunk (two twin with trundle)... plus a crib and blow-up mattresses if needed.

Memorial Day - Labor Day we only rent 7 nights; Saturday to Saturday.
$250 will be taken from damage deposit if large furniture is moved. Please do NOT MOVE glass table.
$250 fee for sand or debris left in hot tub. Use outdoor shower first (rinse swim suits!) to avoid additional charge.

We had a very special week as a family at this gorgeous home! The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and the extra amenities they provide are wonderful (such as pool table, weight room, & beach gear). We will definitely return!

Family getaway

Awesome Spot

This rental had everything I was looking for. Location - can't be beat sunset seats, ocean visible across the street, comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen. Barbara was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this rental!

Healing family getaway

Mom is on the last legs of her fight with cancer and we booked this gorgeous property so we could enjoy out time together. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The views were ever-changing and exciting to watch, especially at sunset. This property couldn't have been better for us!

ideal house and location

A truly lovely house with gorgeous views. Everything we could think of was provided and more. A perfect place for a family from 2-65 and older. it had an elevator and cart so no schlepping groceries up 3 flights of stairs! Beds were comfy. We loved that there were 3 full-king beds as we had couples. loved the location overlooking the marsh- way more interesting than the ocean we thought and location on island is nice, not so busy at that end. Also nice to be able to walk around the marsh at this end. Host super responsive as well.

One of my favorite houses we've ever stayed in! Perfect for our family. We all loved it. Super clean, very well appointed, super easy access to the beach! The view from the back porches is unmatched. Absolutely stunning. We spent our mornings watching all the beautiful wildlife and afternoons on the beach. Will absolutely stay again.

Amazing house and host!!

Our stay are Barbara’s house was amazing. The house itself was gorgeous and was perfect for our stay with friends. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay, but Barbara was extremely responsive and had the issues resolved immediately! I highly recommend this home!!One thing to note when renting this house is that the 5th bedroom with twin bunks is listed as off of the main bedroom. We missed that part when considering this house. The 5th bedroom is part of the main bedroom and doesn’t allow privacy for those staying in the main bedroom. This is good to note if looking for a true 5 bedroom house for 5 adult couples.

Sunsets & privacy

The location of this beautiful home is very unique as it has expansive privacy due to the salt marshes/nature preserve behind it. This creates an amazing backdrop for beautiful photography and sunsets. In addition, it is just steps to the beach including the most remote part on the north end of the island where there is abundant bird watching, fishing, and a great place to walk and swim. Add in a home equipped with every essential from the kitchen to the master to 2 studies, multiple decks, pool and ping pong tables, gym, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, beach equipment, towels, elevator...and you can't go wrong. Definitely recommend.

Week at the Beach

The property was amazing. This home is not a normal rental property. There was so much extra provided for the enjoyment of the guest. The pool table, paddle board, weight room all the extra beach supplies and more. This Home did not disappoint. I personally enjoyed the porches sunrise in the morning and sunset in the afternoon. We did have a small problem with the ice maker on the freezer, but when I notified the owner I was given the number of repair person, he was such a nice person to deal with and had the problem fixed that day so our vacation would not be affected by a broken ice maker . Another +++ a washer & dryer on first level for beach towels and swim suits, then a laundry room washer & dryer on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. The only negative there is an ant problem which we were able to keep ahead of for the most part, Oh, and a second refrigerator would have been nice for the # of people for a week. Wrightsville Beach is my favorite beach and this home made my Week!!!!

Our family gathered to celebrate our daughter's college graduation and staying at a wonderful home on Wrightsville beach truly made it special time. The home is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The owners were responsive to a few minor issues we had. My family would not hesitate to visit this home again.
