"Colombe, our host, was prompt with replies, very easy to communicate with. The cottage is beautiful and has a well stocked kitchen, most everything needed for a peaceful escape to the lake.There are many different levels to the deck with seating on all, very easy to find your own space to quietly read a book or even nap. The water was perfect, nice deep water to swim in and at that time, not a lot of boat traffic.To sum it all up; it was a lovely get away with the hot tub, the swimming and the lake view sun room, we would definitely do it again. It was a beautiful escape, thank you Colombe."

"I didnt print off the VRBO info for getting the code for entering the cottage. My service provider didnt work to access VRBO online since we were off the beaten track. Luckily I Knew friends of the owners and they had the code to get in. My bad for not being prepared. Once inside there was wifi available so everything was then fine for contacting the host who are wonderful. The place was clean and nice and the bunky was perfect for the kids to game without the adults being disturbed. The deck, waterfront and dock were nice places to hang out on. It was a relaxing enjoyable time."

"Very nice RV with everything you need. The little deck near the lake was perfect to relax and read a book looking at the lake. We did lots of kayaking on this great lake with so many island to go around. Was exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Might go back next summer. "
Glamorous Camping on a Hilltop

"This was our first glamping experience so we have no basis for comparison other than our expectations which were more than met.The sleeping tent, kitchen cabin, and lav facilities were all very good. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and hot, and it's obviously not their fault we got some rain.There were little things like the toilet being overfull of ...waste... or the presence of a television in the images but no actual TV in the area that I'm not clear of those are normal so I write them off as part of a good experience overall.In general, we had a good time and our puppy had a blast. Very responsive to communications generally. Expect a few bucks for firewood but it's cheaper than in town. all in all, no complaints and we would go back to try Hillcrest"
