"The place was impeccable as far as cleanliness and super well equipped. It was freshly painted in areas, and could have used perhaps more cure time, but it looked great! The fold-out couch went right to the bed and there was no space to move around once the fold-out couch was opened into a bed. There was some dust and fuzzies under the couch, but otherwise was clean.
