Luxurious beachfront retreat on Lake Superior!

Enjoy stunning sunrises from the deck while listening to Lake Superior waves lap the shoreline. Located on the east side of the Keweenaw Peninsula, near Houghton and Calumet, this house offers panoramic views of Lake Superior and Big Traverse Bay. The pure white sand beach is more than 100’ deep and more than three miles long.

The house offers 3 bedrooms of a king, queen and two twin beds, and two full baths, sun room, outdoor shower, deck and lanai with stunning views of Lake Superior. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room have beautiful morning light with large windows, making it the ideal place for morning coffee and gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for holiday gatherings or casual cooking and includes granite counters, Miel dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and comes fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, and plenty of cutlery.

The master bedroom and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and custom live edge vanity are on the main floor with two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Unique furnishings and decor highlight the areas natural features and give this house a clean, modern open feel. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard are available to enhance your enjoyment of the water. Outdoor shower, hammocks, and deck furniture are available from May - October. Construction was completed in spring 2023.

Wildlife such as bald eagles, sand hill cranes, beavers, geese, ducks, and deer are regularly seen. Great blueberry picking in late summer/early fall on the property, nearby public parks and a pick-your-own blueberry farm just a few miles away. Superb fall colors make autumn a beautiful time to visit. The Keweenaw offers downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, world-class mountain biking, fishing, boating, copper mine tours, two national parks, antiquing, hunting, light houses, beaches, spas, kayaking, historical tours, and much, much more.

Graduation trip!

This property was a hidden gem! Such beautiful sunrises/sunsets and very peaceful. The property itself was very clean and spacious enough for our whole family. We will be planning on coming back in the summer!

Modern Beach house in UP near Lake Linden

This beautiful beach house was the absolute best one yet! Great for 2 and room for 6. Perfect for families, kids or just a pair of old fogies! We had 3 days and nites of gorgeous weather, and a perfect location to check out the Keweenaw Peninsula and all it has to offer. Just enjoying our coffee and listening to the waves was pure enjoyment. We would definitely return to this jewel if we return from the Lone Star state!

This is a perfect location for a getaway. My family stayed for a short weekend and Todd was so accommodating and responded so quickly to my questions. Best views for sunrises and sunsets! Highly recommend this location if you’re coming to the area. Everything we needed was there for us to use, felt just like home!

We had a wonderful stay. Todd was quick to communicate. The home was exactly as described and the beach was beautiful. There are books, puzzles, and games for all ages. Child life jackets, extra beach towels, and nature as your playground. We could’ve stayed longer! A true gem!

Wonderfull house on Lake Superior

This is a beautiful modern house on a long, long stretch of golden sand beach. The house has tons of windows and high ceilings so you feel like you are outdoors. It is a two level house so is perfect for larger family or just a couple (one bedroom on the main floor). It’s minutes from a boat launch. There are also smaller inland lakes nearby. The hosts are very nice folks. There is a lot to do in the area in spite of the feeling of being remote. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!!

Booked this place to propose to my partner and it was amazing! It definitely helped us relax and healed our souls. We miss it. The peacefulness listening to nature and the waves hit was just perfect. We were also able to go out and explore the rest of the UP which was much cooler than I had expected. I hope to come back to go rock hunting! Family trip

What a gem of a place in the UP. Every last detail was thought of. The house is still finishing up final details but the location was perfect. Having kayaks to use, a fire pit and hammocks was wonderful for my boys 15 and 18. We enjoyed the morning sunrises and star gazing at night. We will be back for sure. Return to the Keweenaw.

This place exceeded our expectations. Just unbelievable. Shared my old Tech memories with the Family. So much to see and so little time. The week flew by. The wild blueberries on property were very tasty every morning. The beach was amazing. The sunrises were spectacular. Hard to put in words the overall experience for the week. Thank You! btw, the wine was gone before we unpacked the first day. Nice touch. Thank You.

High end comfort in the Keweenaw

Talk about a gem of a place! A perfect location for a peaceful couple of days away with my husband, although this house would be great for a family stay as well. The view could not be better, the house was cozy, comfortable with all the amenities, including wifi in the middle of nowhere for those pesky work emails. The furnishings are top notch! Amazing kitchen with everything you could ask for. The two things I worry about not having on vacation are a comfortable bed, and a shower with decent water pressure. This place had both. Todd was a very responsive, kind host. We will book again…..hopefully same time next year for a few more days:).

Amazing!!

We loved everything about our stay!! House was so cozy and relaxing, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was sooo awesome and equiped with everything you need for meals. Right on the water with a little path going down to the beach, listened to the sounds of the waves every morning with my coffee and in the evening to put us to sleep. The whole Keweenaw Peninsula was awesome to explore! We were surrounded by beauty and hiking trails, hiked over 35 miles while we were there for the week, rode over 300 miles of ORV trails which was Amazing, loved bar hopping in the historic town of Calumet!! And found my 1st Yooperlites this trip on the north shore. Our trip, the area and the house were all Top Notch and Simply Amazing!! Todd was so welcoming and quick to answer any questions. Thank you!

Lake Cabin

Amazing Stay at a Serene Lake Superior Retreat! We recently stayed at a lake house near Lake Linden, nestled right on the shores of Lake Superior, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet but close to local amenities and the charming town of Lake Linden. The house itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the lake, especially during sunrise. We loved spending our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and evenings by the cozy firepit. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and we appreciated the little thoughtful touches like board games and a list of local hotspots to check out. One of the highlights was the private access to the lake. Whether you're into kayaking, fishing, or just lounging by the water, this spot is ideal. We even spotted some wildlife and took advantage of nearby hiking trails. The fall colors were just popping out, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. Overall, this lake house was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether you're looking to relax, explore the great outdoors, or just enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back!
