The space
Guests enter into an open plan living area on the lower level of this spectacular, beach vacation home. The modern living space is comprised of a kitchen, dining room and lounge which open onto a seafront patio.

The fully equipped kitchen offers guests the conveniences of home including a washing machine, fridge, bar fridge and all necessary appliances.

The lounge has a flatscreen TV which is connected to Netflix and the WiFi so that guests can conveniently watch their personal DSTV package, and other preferred subscriptions with ease via Chromecast.

Steps lead to the second level which houses the primary bathroom and 2x bedrooms which both open onto a second patio with breathtaking ocean views. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Guests are treated to glorious views of the coast and the luxury of watching the waves breaking from the comfort of the primary bed.

The principal bathroom has a shower, and the second bathroom on the third floor is comprised of a half bath, and a shower room.

An expansive balcony on the third floor, overlooks the ocean and houses the property’s main outdoor entertainment and braai/BBQ area. There is also a lovely reading room which offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy a quiet moment out of the sunshine, while still enjoying views overlooking the twinkling blue, warm Indian ocean.

Situated on the second-floor of a secure and popular complex’s building, directly opposite Umdloti Beach, this home’s positioning enables it to consume guests with its awe-inspiring coastal views.

Guests also have access to the complex’s gated, communal pool area.
Guest access
Dedicated, undercover parking is available on-site. This property has a single parking garage available for Guests’ usage.

Parking is available for additional guests in the Visitors Parking Area, on a first come, first serve basis.

Road side parking is available in front of the shops, and in the parking area across the roads from the shops.
Other things to note
Bath towels are provided but not beach towels so guests should please bring their own.

Guests have unlimited access to the complimentary WIFI.

Guests have access to Netflix and Chromecast which they can use to stream their personal DSTV subscription/favourite channels.

Guests have access to the beachfront complex’s gated communal pool area.

Cleaning services can be arranged in advance for the duration of your stay, and over weekends and South African Public Holidays.

While the property is fully equipped with laundry facilities, guests can arrange laundry services directly with a Laundromat situated across the road from the complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of glassware, crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils. It also caters for children, offering plastic cups, bowels, plates and utensils for the littlies.

Guests have access to the entire property except for a few private storage cupboards which are locked.
