"This place needs a serious professional update. Baby roaches crawling around the room including on the bed. Don’t stay here unless you’re willing to accept the lowest standards with the lower price. "

"Reserved a standard king room. When checking in told that accessible king was only room available. The accessible room is poorly laid out because of oversize bathroom and giant size bathroom door which protrudes out into the bedroom area when open. The TV view is partially blocked from view from the bed because of oversize bathroom. The sofa is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sit on. The back is so deep, when trying to sit with my feet on the floor, my back is over a foot from the backrest of the sofa. Must be designed for NBA players."

"The customer service from Charles who said he was the General Manager was terrible. Ashton, another person who worked at front desk was also lacking. The room was full of insects, the bathroom amenities had serious plumbing defects. The kitchen had a stove and fridge but you had to source pots, plates, utensils (which makes absolutely no sense for anyone traveling outside of West Palm Beach), I was an international traveler.No iron nor iron board provided. My booking started on March 13, 2026. I got to the hotel a little after 8PM, front desk was locked at 7PM. I called the number on the door as directed and the man who answered said he couldn't help, I had to return for check-in 11 AM on March 14, 2026. That instruction wasn't given when I made the booking. Conveniently when I pointed it out to the General Manager, the information changed on Expedia to say check-in ends at 7PM. Imagine being left stranded as an international traveller because the hotel you booked didn't leave clear instructions on their check -in policy. Thank God, I had alternative options for the night. When I checked in on March 14, 2026, I was told I was a no show, not true! So, my original reservation was cancelled and my 10days stay, changed to 7 days.....I stayed until the Monday, when I was told by Charles to check out because they didn't have a room to replace the defective one I was placed in...I was only refunded 3days. This Hotel not recommended, it is not suitable for guests. Zero Star!"

"The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."

"Gym was not usable, as it was being used for storage. Nobody offered any concessions or solutions. I asked several times to have front desk escalate to management, no response. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins. I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper. "
