July 2010 Long descent from Atsunta pass (alt. 3.450 m) towards Mutso and Shatili villages in Khevsureti region of Georgian Caucasus. These green meadows are in altitude from 3.000 to 2.500 meters and it takes hours to cross them before the final 45 degrees slope which goes down 1.000 metres in 1 km distance. In good weather conditions you can see from Atsunta pass even the famous Kazbegi peak (alt. 5.047 m) which is some 50 km away.
