= Nice hotel, clean rooms, safety place, different supermarkets are near by, great breakfast, friendly staff. - = „New Year“ celebrating which was hosted by the hotel was not so good ( high priced for nothing).

I'd give this HOTEL 10 stars for sure. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the rooms, beddings, sheets, towels, and everything else are super clean. I'd give it 10 stars if it had parking :)

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean & staff are accommodating. The only negatives were that the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke however I did not smell it in my room. Additionally, the hallways were extremely dark however this was only minimally impacting. The breakfast was good & available daily fron 7:30am-11am.

The room was not what I had paid for. I had requested a room with a bed and a sofa. There was no sofa. The room was extremely small. The bed occupied the entire room. There was no space to move! The manager refused to give me the room that I had booked and paid for, in advance. She also refused to refund my money. I left immediately. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!

Ein tolles Hotel! Das Episode Tbilisi ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer war groß, modern und makellos sauber. Besonders positiv: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach ausgezeichnet Englisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Otel yeni ve güzeldi. Çift kişilik oda biraz küçüktü ama bu yine de konforumuzu kötü etkilemedi. Odamız her gün temizlenip toplandı ve birer şişe su ikram edildi. Restoranını hiç kullanmadım ve fiyatlarını bilmiyorum ama alan güzel ve nezihti.

Uns hat der Hotelservice insgesamt sehr gut gefall, das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Sehr freundlich. Ich weiß nicht, ob es zum Innenhof ruhigere Zimmer gibt. Es kann am Abend oder Morgen etwas lauter auf der Straße zugehen...Das Frühstück könnte etwas ausgebaut werden, es fehlt etwas Abwechslung...aber das kann auch meine Europäische Sichtweise sein . Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank
