"The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

"This stay was a complete nightmare. The premier room we rented has not done any maintenance for the last 5 years. The state of the room was dismal. complete rubbish. I will email photos on demand, take this property off your list"

"Overall stay was nice. Check in for 3pm is too late, was not allowed to check in before the time, although the next day other people was in their rooms just after 1pm. Was not allowed to ait outside amd talk because then the security would tell you not to make a noise, security is very rude at night. This place is a holiday place, not an old age home. No noise was made, we were just sitting outside and talking after 10pm. The Saturday we decided to rather go eat out because there we can sit...

"Nice Bali style balcony with modern high quality finishes in the room. Luxurious large king bed and nice shower. Hosts were friendly. Nice clean pool with peaceful setting. Was shown another room with cool cigar lounge adjoining the bedroom. "

"Just want to thank all the staff at the Casa Ridge for making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms have everything you would need and the décor is beautiful I left my passport, which I needed for a flight back from Pietermaritzburg at Casa Ridge and they went out of their way to get the passport to me so that I could catch my flight. Well done to everyone at Casa Ridge."

"Really lovely spacious flat located across from beach with great views and easy access to shops & restaurants."

"We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"
