Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful and well kept hotel. Delicious food and atmosphere. Will recommend this hotel to every visiting Durban.
The staff were so nice and accommodating. I thought it was great that the hotel opened early for us to eat breakfast on morning of comrades
I like its proximity to the beach and fast food spots. The staff could use some energy, communication and organizational skills.
The location of the hotel a few metres from the beach is excellent. We always felt safe walking along the golden mile and around the vicinity of the hotel. We absolutely enjoyed the complementary breakfast on the rooftop breakfast area and the view is outstanding!
Staff at hotel very attentive. Room I was in was on 1st floor and noisy otherwise very clean and comfortable.
Great place, the best staff I had in long time located a minute Uber drive from the main restaurants street very convenient
