This Studio Slopeside Condo is a great location for year around vacation-Retreat This beautiful area is known for vacations-romance-weddings, skiing, and also all sorts of great outdoor recreation, etc. This condo is well-equipped with Wireless internet, an Electric fireplace and a short 150-yard walk to the main 6-person chairlift and shopping in the Purgatory main Village.. (walking distance) to the resort's many activities, and Our Restaurants are 5 Star Certified with access to the "club" amenities. The location is also an easy drive to local attractions like Charming Durango and its nightlife, Many art galleries, Mesa Verde National Park, and other areas with hiking, Camping, biking, fishing, and the narrow-gauge railroad through the mountain is breathtaking... That is just to mention a few amenities. Just a lot of fun things to do.
This spacious studio condo has a queen-size Murphy bed and a Quality Queen American leather Brand size sleeper sofa; the condo sleeps 4 comfortably. It also has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes if you like, and is stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also, there is a 42” smart TV with a small DVD library with some movies. You also have access to all of the Purgatory (Durango)
Mountain Resort amenities include a hot tub, heated year-round swimming pool with water slide, and gym. You also have access to the ski-snowboard valet and lockers. located right at the base of the slope, Historic. Charming Durango, Colorado, is only a 25-minute drive away, and Silverton, Colorado, is 30 minutes to the north along the Scenic San Juan Byway. A great holiday vacation-retreat rental where you can enjoy the Colorado mountain getaway you will never forget. ,

Great Place…everything you need and more

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Communication was great with the owner and he was very accommodating. All the amenities you would need for your trip and great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect condo for a couple

Very nicely equipped condo in very nice shape (best shower I’ve ever experienced). Worked out perfectly for my wife and I for the weekend. Quick walk to the ski lodge. Will definitely try to book again in the future.

Purgatory Mountain Condominium

Comfortable condo conveniently located in Purgatory Mountain Village. Excellent for 2 people but can squeeze in 4 for families. Owner was excellent in providing directions and check in information beforehand and for a couple of questions during my stay. Price was reasonable for the accommodations.

The little condo was great. It had a Murphy bed and a sofa bed. Both were very comfy. It’s a little tight when both beds are down so you do need to move the coffee table ( that turns into a taller eating table) but it’s super easy and slides out of the way. It says sleeps 4 but it will be really tight if 2 couples stayed there or a family of 4. My daughter and rented the place and it was perfect. Special note: The shower has great water pressure after a long day of skiing. Walking to the ski lift was super convenient from the condo and it helps to know we are in the first floor (not the 2 or 3 like other condos in the unit). We did have a small issue with the refrigerator making all our food too cold/slightly frozen so I messaged the property manager with a heads up. Hopefully he got the message. Also bring all your own condiments as the condo really doesn’t have any of those things the way other places might. All in all great place for the money

Perfect Place at Purgatory

I was super happy with my choice to stay here for the weekend with my boys to enjoy purgatory! Its a great location, the host was super easy to work with, it has an amazing shower, great value!!

We love this place. Perfect for family of four. 5 minute walk to the lift, comfortable, and comes with a pool/hot tub/gym pass! David is great with communicating and was very accomodating with our schedule change. Great value. We hope to make this our annual spot.

Perfect price point

Purgatory and Durango are just so beautiful. This single room condo was all we needed to support our visit. Excellent confort of the (not cheap -we checked) pullout couch, and great orientation and access. As another reviewer said, fits the description well. Owner was very courteous and responsive, we also enjoyed the pool.

Purgatory stay

The property is neat and clean. My second fall stay hiking, fly fishing and riding my motorcycle through out the scenic passes and off road trails. The property host David is more than helpfull and a pleasure to visit with. At the beginning of the 550 million dollar scenic hiway, i recomend this stay for family or solo travels. The local residents are very nice and helpfull. Allot of beautifull sights to see and the Aspen in the fall are golden.

Amenities and location were great. Pictures a little miss leading showing it overlooking the main pool. When it's actually several buildings away. I would recommend two friends and family.
