This 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom luxury condo (Unit 3F) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite bath(downstairs)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (downstairs)
3rd Sleeping Area - Bunk Beds (single over single) (downstairs)

The living area and kitchen are on the main level. Bedrooms are located downstairs.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great location and accommodations

If you’re looking to stay within walking distance of shops and restaurants but still be able to ski this location is perfect! Very comfortable our family of three but could easily fit a few more guest.

Great location

Very clean with everything you need for your stay. We could walk to downtown Durango. We did not get the check-in information but when I texted them, they immediately texted back apologizing and got the information I needed. I would stay at this property again.

Fantastic stay

The host did everything perfectly. Extremely responsive to requests we had, clean and well stocked, and a beautiful property close to downtown Durango. Absolutely would stay again!

It would be simpler to have the same codes for parking garage and elevator. Also, parking garage keypad didn’t work occasionally and you would have to back up and pull forward to try again. Property is in a great location and clean. Would recommend d for anyone wanting to be in downtown Durango and close to shopping/restaurants/bars/railroad/Animas River.

This location is PERFECT. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean! The building is somewhat of a maze to try to navigate through until you can get your bearings straight. It was confusing trying to get up in the elevator because we didn't know we needed a code. We reached out to support and they gave us a code quickly. So just make sure you have your elevator code and you're not holding up the elevator with multiple people and bags like we did! :) But this stay was fantastic!!! Would love to stay here again! Thank you!!

Very nice property close to Main St Restaurants and Shops

Spacious newer property in a great location. Walkable to everything in central Durango. All the amenities anyone might need. Secure parking under units a plus.

Durango Stay

Great location for train, access to river, restaurants and nearby grocery store (Albertsons). Underground parking was appreciated. No reason to drive as most activities in Durango are easily walkable. Cooking and eating accessories were clean and adequate. Overall, recommended and would stay again.

Awesome place to stay w/great location!!

This was such an awesome, spacious and clean place to stay! Meticulous attention to details and well appointed. We will never stay at another location while in Durango. Great place to stay in Durango

This was a super cute 2 bedroom 2 bath condo full of local art, a fireplace that lights up with the flick of a switch (I’m used to logs and a lighter). We didn’t use the kitchen much because who wants to cook on vacation but if one wanted to cook, all the usual kitchen items were there. I was really impressed with the security of the building having to have codes to enter building, garage and elevator. And best of all, walking distance to downtown Durango!

Such a fun location!

We spent a few days in this lovely home in late May. It was one of many places we stayed on our trip through Colorado and my family deemed this the favorite. Very clean and fun decor. The pictures don’t really do it justice. There were too many good restaurants nearby to bother cooking but the kitchen was well stocked to do so. Great communication with management.

Great stay!

Spacious apartment that was comfortable for everyone. The kitchen and apartment had everything 4 adults and two children needed. The AC worked great and beds were comfortable. Location is close to everything! My husband is a light sleeper so the downtown music did bother him one evening. Overall a fantastic find. I would recommend.

All About Location

We parked the car in the garage and could walk anywhere we wanted to go: old town shops, historic hotels, train station and museum, coffee shops, and restaurants. Only used the car for the day we visited Mesa Verde. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Be aware the bedrooms are not on the main floor but down stairs. The TV is only streaming so can’t get news stations, sports, or network programming ( unless maybe if you are much more tech savvy than I am ). There is really no view from the unit which surprised me being on the third floor, only lots of flat roof tops. Even with the above small issues, we would definitely stay here again due to the great location.
