The nearby Lodge offers access to a heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, and tennis courts. Conveniently located near Purgatory Resort and downtown Durango, our condo serves as a retreat with access to outdoor activities and local attractions. Embrace the ease of your stay in the beautiful San Juan Mountains from our cozy condo.

**This is a first level unit and requires two short set of stairs to access**

This condo has accommodations for 6 and provides:

The Valley Fitness Center also provides yoga, weightlifting, and HIIT classes.

Tamarron sits in the heart of the San Juans mountains and offers direct access to some of the country's best mountain biking, backpacking, kayaking, fishing, skiing, climbing, and hiking. The condo is only a short 10 minute drive to Purgatory, and 20 minutes to downtown Durango. There are 2 restaurants on property, and several other great options nearby.

My family enjoyed our first visit to Durango this spring break, and the condo proved to be in a very handy location. It's just about 10 minutes from the slopes, so it was an easy drive back and forth and we really enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants and hot tub close by in the evenings. Accessing the upstairs loft is via a spiral staircase and since we had a lot of gear for skiing we carried one suitcase up but left the larger one downstairs. Also, the WiFi for the whole complex is public with no passwords if that is something that would bother you. The kitchen seemed to be pretty well stocked, and having your own full size washer & dryer was very nice. The Durango train runs close by and there's lots of wildlife to be seen in the area.
