Scenic Hotel Southern Cross
The gym is enough to get in a pretty good workout. Views are nice from there. Bathrooms are a little small but the room is nice. The staff was very nice. Walkable to many things. Definitely would stay or recommend to others. Beds were clean. Which is alway a priority for us.

Beautiful upgraded room with wrap around balcony. Staff was amazing, although they seemed to be short staffed much of the time. Beach lodge motel
Heat worked. Bed comfortable. kitchen worked for us. Room had hair and dirt in it. In need of remodeling especially the bathroom. It was well priced for our stay.

Distinction Dunedin Hotel
Given an unexpected family room with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave plus washer & dryer. Very handy. Not so close to the main central shopping area but not too far to walk either. Paid Parking for car in the next building.
