"The property was close to everything in downtown Victoria. We walked everywhere we needed to go which was perfect because we did not have a vehicle. The front desk staff was amazing as they had advise for every question we asked whether it was where to find a specific activity or the best way to get to the airport. They were also helpful in ensuring the coffee in our suite had adequate amount of decaf coffee. I did not use either of the restaurants but the restaurant CLIVES always seemed to be popular with the guests. Overall I really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel."

"Most affordable mid-range accomodations. Convenient harborfront location across the street from the ferry. There is free parking, but everything was walkable so we didn't bring our car. Rooms are small, but clean and adequate for a short stay. Same with the bathroom. No A/C, but a fan was provided and the window opened. We were comfortable - daytime temps were mid-seventies. WiFi was fine. Staff was nice. The attached restaurant and lounge, Bellvilles, offered good meals and drinks at reasonable prices. We would stay here again"
