"We were given a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower. We didn’t request this type of room. The shower experience was horrible. Water went everywhere. It had a handheld shower sprayer and it leaked down the hose and sprayed right out everywhere. The worse two showers I’ve ever taken! Good ..."
