"I cannot believe how big my room was! The pictures do not do justice to how nice this place is. Not only did I have a kitchen, but also a dining table, a club chair, a full-size closet, a full-size couch, and a full-size bathroom! My bed was nice and comfortable. The thermostat made it easy to control the temperature. The staff was incredibly friendly. I didn't often hear my neighbors unless they were leaving their room, and I would hear the door close, but no other noises. It was easy to walk to the aquarium, arena, and canal district. There is a bowling alley one block away for family entertainment. Honestly, the price is right for this kind of room. I have only 2 things that I wish were different. 1) I wish there were a dresser to put my clothes in. The bathroom is huge and could accommodate one. 2) No streaming services on the TV. You got live TV or nothing. You couldn't cast to it, add your accounts, or do anything. To stream from your device, you need an HDMI cable. Neither of these things is a deal-breaker, but I wish I'd known ahead of time so I could plan accordingly. Awesome place."

"We had a terrible stay. No one knows how to answer a question correctly and people just point to each other until you’re annoyed enough to call corporate. Then corporate says there should be on site manager. Never heard of it the whole time were there. We were charged TWICE for our stay and no one can tell us why or advise on how to help. We will obviously be calling our bank, but the disregard, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism has stained our family vacation. Have the day you deserve."

"My husband and I can not say enough about how pleasant our stay at Suite Betty was while in Duluth for UMD graduation. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bill and Pat were in touch with us in the days leading up to our stay and very responsive during our stay. The location was convenient to get everything and we especially enjoyed waking up to the view of Lake Superior. We will definitely be looking to stay at Suite Betty on our next visit to Duluth.
