"Duck cottage is in a lovely area, very handy for being close to the SVR. Great for visiting places further away. The cottage has good Wi-Fi, nice & warm throughout our stay. A little bit disappointing inside as it could do with a bit of TLC."

"Our families had a wonderful time at The Dinney last week when we booked Kingfisher and The Rookery. It was a super setting for us all to come together in comfort to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. All the information and photos on the website about the Rookery and Kingfisher were accurate and a true reflection of the quality of the accommodation. The individual bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchens were very well equipped for cooking and eating in large numbers and the dining table was generously sized. There was ample room outside to enjoy the good weather we had lovely garden chairs and a new barbecue. Karen and Keith were friendly and extremely helpful hosts. All in all, spacious, beautiful accommodation in a superb setting. Go there and experience it yourself !!"

"Had a great short break to our first visit to Shropshire. We found The Hurstings to be an ideal base to visit the surrounding attractions. Despite the poor weather we enjoyed our stay & Anne the owner was very helpful in sorting out a small issue we had with the hot water heating late in the evening one night! Thanks."

"We had great two nights here, off grid, remote and amazing.The site is set out well, the summer house was good when on the first night we had rain. The kitchen was well equipped and the firepit was brilliant. The second day and night was dry & warm so we were able to use the decking and sofas.The hut is cosy and even in the colder night were were warm.Would highly recommend"
