We stayed in Villa Kate for 4 nights in the top floor balcony room. The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a shortcut to the main road on our first night. From the main road, you can walk or take a bus to either side of Dubrovnik with ease, and the buses are very frequent. The room itself was very nice, with ample storage, a good view, great bathroom facilities and effective aircon. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable beds, bathroom clean, shared kitchen was well stocked. Upon arrival host greeted us to the property and offered to take are bags up. Host was very friendly and informative. He offered a welcome refreshment for us to have on the terrace when we arrived. Location was great as it was a 5 minute bus ride to old town.

Loved staying in the classic room! The view from the balcony was beautiful, the area was quiet, and Antonio and his son, the hosts, were incredibly helpful. The only thing I didn’t like were the thin and scratchy sheets and towels (although I still slept like a baby).

Very well situated rental. Clean. Niksa is very helpful and responsive! Room was a little smaller than expected, but sufficient for 2. Shared kitchen was helpful.

If you using public transportation, (Hotel Lero) bus stop is only 200 meters away and only 60 steps, it is easy in town that has A lots of steps. Very easy access. Room was very clean. If we go back to Dubrovnik, we will happily stay in the same place.

Our stay at this apartment was great! Tonći met us and showed us the property and our room. He was very kind and showed us some stores on the map for groceries and explained the bus line for getting to the old town. He even brought us a couple beers to enjoy. Somehow, I missed the "shared kitchen" in the description, so that was kind of a surprise, but really no big deal. It seemed not many other guests were using the kitchen, so we had plenty of room in the refrigerator and never had to wait to prepare meals. The kitchen was stocked fairly well and everything worked fine. Our room was excellent, with a small balcony over looking the city and sea. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed with plenty of hot water. We ate several meals on the large community balcony. It has a beautiful view of the sea. I don't recall if the description tells this, but be prepared to go up stairs. I mean, everything in Dubrovnik is either up or down, so you'll be walking hills anyway, just be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the apartment.

Great accommodation with private bathroom. Room includes a mini fridge, aircon, balcony options, large bed and tv. There is a communal kitchen and alfresco area. Staff lovely, location very good, beach only 7minute walk, cafe, supermarket and burger joint only 5min walk. Would recommend, we had a very pleasant stay here.
