Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. Expedia listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.

We have just come home after a fabulous holiday in Dubrovnik at Villa Dard. Andrea was such a great host, going the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would also recommend having the breakfast, a good start to the day. Villa Dard is a small family run hotel, close to the old city. We felt at home immediatley and stayed in one of the flats on the 3rd floor. The flat had a balcony where you could sit down and relax and look at the beautiful sea. We would definitely recommend staying here if you go to beautiful Dubrovnik.

Large, comfortable room near historic center

Great location about a 15 minute walk to the historic center. I loved being close enough to walk to everything but also not in the middle of the chaos. They offered parking for my car and the service was great. My room was unexpectedly huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the old city

The villa is a nice, family run operation, a 10 minutes walk (maybe 15 back up the hill) from the Pile Gate entrance into the old city. Our room came complete with a living room area and balcony, in addition to the expected bedroom and bathroom, and was comfortable and well kept. The warm, helpful welcome was an added bonus. And, by Dubrovnik standards, our stay was very good value.

Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Lastly, lot of kids running around late at night and early in the morning. Maybe just our floor as it appears there is a family ( maybe caretaker or owners ) with little kids live there.

Lovely villa by the sea with gorgeous views!

Villa Dard was beautiful and conveniently located to Old Town. The suite was clean and comfortable with gorgeous sea views. we would happily stay again. Our hosts were excellent: friendly, helpful with great restaurant recommendations, and very kind. They went way above our expectations; when we asked where we could buy one of the provided amenities, they showed up the next day with the product for us. One note: there are no elevators or porters. Our visit to Dubrovnik was lovely and we would highly recommend Villa Dard, rather than staying in Old Town.

Villa Dard is a lovely place. Andrea was so nice, she kept in contact with us days prior to arrival as well as the day of.We were delayed arriving and were late letter our transfer know, but she was fine with sending another car. Upon arrival, she was there to greet us and show us to our rooms. It was hot in Dubrovnik when we arrived so having AC in the rooms was amazing. The beds were comfy and we slept like babies. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast Andrea made, take her up on the offer for breakfast when offered at check-in. :) We weren't getting picked up by our cruise until much later in the day but she allowed all our luggage to take over her office until then. I would highly recommend Villa Dard, it was well located, not a bad walk (down and up) from the Walls, and Andrea was great!
