A very charming, fully updated, well appointed property located next to the Old City Wall. The host Dubravka was very welcoming and hospitable. She met us outside Ploce Gate on our arrival, led us to the property and got us settled down nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful and just the right size for our stay. Having a living room area was a great benefit when traveling vs. hotel rooms. Located in Old Town, close to the wall and all the places we wanted to visit; most things in the area are walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated our need to store luggage for a few hours. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Stayeva 11. Our room even had a kitchenette. There is no front desk, but the staff was very responsive and helpful, including great recommendations. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s slightly away from the noise and yet close to everything. I would definitely recommend Stayeva 11 to anyone going to Dubrovnik.

A fabulous location with fantastic facilities and a host who does everything to ensure your needs are met. We are delighted to have found and experienced Stayeva and Rudjer, the restaurant where breakfast is provided for guests.

The property is located inside the walls of old Dubrovnik. Very very convenient. The room was clean with the expected amenities. The drawback to staying anywhere within the walls are that cars are not allowed so you must either hire someone or do it yourself with your bags from the street to the hotel. About two flights of steps to get to the room and one flight upstairs get to the hotel itself. I stay there was great because as they say, location, location, location!

This property was one of the best equipped properties we have ever stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything that a traveller would ever want. Clothes steamer, hairdryer and straightener, coffee machine and pods, a fully equpped kitchenette plus many more. They also assisted with our luggage as we had health issues. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was magical! The location was perfect, nestled in the walls of the old city to give the most amazing atmosphere. The hosts were wonderful, accommodating and flexible! The room was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need! The cleanliness was immaculate and you can tell the hosts pay attention to every detail. They even reached out to us about parking for our vehicle so that it would be safe during our visit. We cannot wait to visit again we won’t be staying anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

Great location in a quieter corner of the old city. Very easy to walk anywhere from Gradac Park in the west to the Modern Art museum to the east. The owners are very helpful and enthusiastic (eg. volunteering to arrange taxi to/from airport). Our room and bathroom were spotless and stylishly decorated. The absence of a building opposite our windows let a lot of light in (and gave the opportunity to while away 5mins spotting cats in the ruins).

The studio had an ideal location. In 5 minutes you could reach almost any destination in Old town. The studio was very Well equipped and the beds were fantastic. The decor was so nice and the restoration was very true to the original. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and there were 4 variations to choose from. The owner was easy to get in touch with and supplied us with a lot of useful information. There are a lot of nice restaurants very close to the studio and you can reach the Old harbour in a few minutes.

Excellent stay in Stayeva

We had a fantastic stay at Stayeva. The apartment has been recently redecorated very well and had many extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible - toileteries, food and drinks, espresso machine, dishwasher, anti-mosquito plugs etc. We went in a particularly hot heatwave but efficient air con in main room and bedroom. The apartment is close enough to the city walls that you can hear tourists on the walls talking when the bathroom window open, but with it closed it is completely soundproofed and you would never know you are right in the centre. It is possible to walk everywhere in the old town in 10 mins and stunning views over the sea/old town from main room. A very good free breakfast was at a restaurant nearby. Excellent and quick communication with host Dubravka who was very helpful. Only downside - 3 flights of narrow winding stairs to the apartment which is challenging with wheely suitcase or people with poor mobility, otherwise no complaints, would recommend

It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls. The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

We stayed at Stayeva11 for a girls trip and had such a wonderful time! Dubravka & her staff (family run) were so incredibly kind and helpful. The location is in the heart of Dubrovnik, making it super easy and convenient to explore the city. Dubravka made our stay a breeze, helping us with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers, and everything in between! The complimentary breakfast provided was also lovely. We cannot recommend Dubravka’s property more!

Amazing place in DBV

Amazing newly renovated apartment smack in the middle of the old town of Dubrovnik. Helpful and friendly host Dubravka who made sure we had what we needed. Communication before and during the stay was also easy to manage. We would love to come back!

Dube is the best service provider EVER.

This is our 13th year with hotels.com and Dube is the best service provider we have EVER had!!! She responded instantly to our what’s app and we had a dire medical emergency request. Dube immediately helped us. Lydia in housekeeping and Dube’s son Tony were also outstanding. Tony took us to Bosnia, Montenegro & to the top of Dubrovnik. Tony is an awesome driver. It is a family operation and it works well! We travel throughout Europe every single spring, we know good service and are quite picky. Dube rocks!! Peter Guzzardo and Waldo Perez Csitkovits.
