Very disappointed with our stay here as despite booking 6 months in advance our booking was lost! Although financially compensated it was definitely not ideal to be split up with small children. Lovely location with stunning views, not for the faint hearted as up lots of steps. with great dining options available up a pedestrian avenue.

Room was nice enough, bed was really comfortable, AC was so good especially if ur not used to the heat. Staff were so nice and helpful. Really good location, could easily leave all belongings in the hotel room and go for a swim. Steps weren’t a bother either. Also was so close to so many food places and shops Only downside was there bathroom was kinda dirty and the drain cover in the shower broke and was mouldy and it never got fixed even when we mentioned it. Balcony we paid for also wasn’t advertised, and wasn’t the greatest, all we could see was the plants blocking onto it. However it was a lovely stay and I would recommend

The location is ok. The stairs were absolutely horrible. The did not have the room I booked I paid for balcony and got economic room. I was being charged for balcony. I’m still waiting for refund on the difference.

6/10 Okay

Steps steps & more steps, room claustrophobic ..small with small window that shed no light as faced a wall. Ants in room. Room was also baking hot when we entered as there was a stand a lone heating machine on.

Vraiment tout était parfait. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, la vue paradisiaque et le petit déjeuner extra. On oublie vite les quelques marches pour monter jusqu’à l’hôtel. Vraiment je recommande +++
