Great location in Dublin. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Lots of attractions close by as well. Loved the design of the hotel and rooms. And as a big plus, this hotel has a/c and a lift.

We reserved a king but only received queen beds. Not sure if this is because the description was wrong or if the reservation got messed up. Also, if you were here with the car, you have to park about a block away - there’s so many one-way streets in the city that navigating is a bit tough.

Everything was very good, very comfortable. Only note we have is that they are unclear about their parking/location and when we called them after circling round for 30-40 mins, no one answered the phone for an additional 30 mins. We ended up parking in Jervis shopping mall which was perfect in location, price and safety. The staff seemed non-pleased that we couldn’t reach them.

This was our first stay of a 25 day trip of Ireland and the UK. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here. We had just got off a 9 hour flight, had been up for almost 24 hours and were so appreciative of the staff being able to have a room ready for us right away.

Was frustrated that I picked this hotel for the King bed - but No king bed. I spoke to them about it and they said the European king is different. In the end - they know it is misleading as king beds are universal. But good hotel other than this.

Situated within two hundred yards of the Temple Bar area. Location could not have been better. Reception and staff generally were always helpful and efficient. The hotel was immaculate and in good order. The only slight negative was the breakfast. It was a limited breakfast buffet consisting of toast, breads, fruit salad, yogurt, cereal options and cut meat. It was a scrum most of the time.

Perfectly located hotel. Half hour walk to Guinness. Room was clean and modern. Staff lovely. Some things I wish I knew before: there are no USB ports in the room, and we had no adapter. Only body wash and hand wash is supplied, no shampoo or conditioner available. Water in the lobby for guests would be ideal.

Motel One is situated within walking distance from all the fun spots. The breakfast was wonderful esp the croissants! Emily, from reception, went above and beyond to help us with our journey. We would definitely stay there again!
