Welcome to my modern 1-bedroom apartment in UNA Building 9, Town Square, offering a relaxed, community-focused stay with excellent amenities and open green spaces. Guests enjoy complimentary access to swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and private parking.



This well-designed apartment features contemporary furnishings and practical amenities, making it ideal for couples, small families, business travelers, or long-stay guests seeking comfort away from the city bustle.



UNA at Town Square is a vibrant residential community by Nshama, known for its parks, jogging tracks, cafés, retail outlets, and shared workspaces. The area offers convenient access to Al Qudra Road, connecting you easily to key areas across Dubai.



The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area with TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances and a washing machine for your convenience. Hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also included to help you settle in before your first grocery run.

My visit

I've just returned from a 9 day stay. The check in process was very straightforward, the property was clean, bright and comfortable. Everything youd need for self catering. The whole building is well maintained. The host was on hand for any problems always a quick response.
