"The building is great, but the studio apartment looked abused, and not well maintained. But considering it's across the street from DIFC, very reasonavly priced and my stay was quite short, it was fine."

"Very disappointing experience When we arrived, we found out it’s a shared room — which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The place is mixed with men and women, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hot (especially in Dubai). The owner and management were unhelpful and didn’t try to fix anything. Definitely not worth it — I don’t recommend this place at all."
