Room was clean, and nice size. The staff took a long time to check me in. 2 others were talking to one staff, the other was just listening to them, then she just walked away into the back and didnt return, though she knew I was waiting. The shower was verry slippery, I needed to put a towel down in it or would have slipped.

This property looks good on the outset. Front of a convention centre by the looks of it. Air conditioning was set at 21C but was at 30C in the room as the AC was not working. Went to front desk and they said others have complained the same. An employee was resetting the central HVAC computer? It then worked but took hours to cool the room down. Walls painted black (concrete) with pointed direction LED lighting. Very poor lighting. Dark everywhere. Then I asked how to access the pool. Once I found out from the front desk it was in the basement, I went and changed for a dip. Then I went down and there were no towels! Just used ones in a hamper. The front desk neglected to tell me to pick up pool towels AT the front desk when I was there inquiring where the pool was. Then come the morning shower, the clean hung bath towels were thin and actually torn in areas. Not worth the price of admission. Bed was comfy and it was quiet so I got a good night sleep. But will not return due to all the negatives.

I have used Expedia we ask for a non ground floor and w rudely told because we booked thru Expedia they were not honouring our request put us on the ground floor and lied they had no other room even though you had 6 left booking .com had 4 I asked to change from a king to a queen she told me because I was Expedia they could not do this We stressed again a ground floor was not comfortable for us no change I have used Expedia many times just not true The hotel was nice but they were not
