"OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. "Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room is spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Free self serve laundry is a big bonus. Breakfeast has decent selections but the hot food were always room temperature even at 6:30am when it open. The urinals floor by the reception was not clean when I used it yet the cleaning sheet on the wall marked it was cleaned just 10 minutes prior. Very central location with easy walking and dining options. However, when booking Didi, the app thinks the hotel is across the street so the driver always wait across the street but you can't cross without walking half a block away. I am poinnting out so hotel can inform Didi to fix this."
