They also offered to assist me in visiting tourist attractions around the city. The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to multiple restaurants with fantastic food. "When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. I don’t recommend this hotel and I felt regretted to trust only on the brand “holiday inn”"

"Worst four star hotel ever stayed in Xi’an. Cold function of air conditioning was not working at all. Safe was not working. During breakfast, I saw staff pouring MSG power into the noodle soup they were serving. No gym only a swimming pool of the 1980s. "
