very friendly staff; easy to book in; conveniently close to Motorway; comfortable room; good breakfast. only negative was finding parking space as car park shared with McDonalds and Harvester. Mcdonald drive-through traffic grid locked exit route.

Great stay, only issue was that we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children thinking we would get two single beds and one double, but instead got 2 doubles. Not a big problem as the children shared the bed. Otherwise all great.

Decent facilities in a reasonable area, unfortunately the nearby McDonald's means that the car parks are full of chavs in the evening. Very pleasant staff and a decent breakfast. Good standard of cleaning.

The curtain rail in the bedroom was broken so only one curtain at the window so unable to draw curtain across the window. The shower floor was like a skating rink. My husband fell as soon as he stepped in. I didn’t dare risk having a shower. No plug in the wash basin but reception did manage to find one on request.

Great location. A slightly more upmarket version of a travel inn or premier inn offering well maintained basic accommodation and a good buffet style breakfast. There is constant noise from the adjoining motorway so ear plugs advised.

Would certainly stay here again. Location was very convenient, just off the M5, and we had a quiet, clean and comfortable room, equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was adequate for the very reasonable price we paid.
