Nice setting with friendly farm animals, however road noise from intersection prevented sleeping with windows open. TIP: Point the remote at A/C unit in order to get its confirmation beeps to actually register a change on the unit. Floor a little uneven, but still solid. We didn't use many of the features including washer/dryer or shower, so I can't review those options, though they seemed like they would work...
