"We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay. I didn't patronize the bar, but one is available and it looks very clean and sleek. Housekeeping was great. Parking is free and the lot is very large. Be aware that due to construction the entrance is not well mapped by GPS, drive past the Subaru parking lot and you'll reach the hotel parking lot. If you plan to use the laundry be aware it is coin operated only, the front desk broke a $20 for me, but if you don't carry cash you'll have to find an ATM."

"It was a clean suite with two rooms and a kitchenette. Staff was very professional and helpful even though I arrived around 2:00 am.The check-in and check-out process is smooth. It is a great value for money option if you are looking for a no-frills accommodation option in a nicer area of the city. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family!"

"The Hotel is at a very good location. I visited Windsor's for the Ford fireworks and it was the best location to walk to the riverside. It has the best view as well. They could give some complimentary water and slippers for the room. Other than that the whole experience was very good."

"Our room didn’t get cleaned at all the first day (despite specifically asking for more towels and conditioner). The second day they were supposedly still getting to us at 3 in the afternoon, but after calling and asking someone to come right away our room was cleaned nicely. The free breakfast was great and the staff was all really nice. Location was convenient."
