"The hotel staff was so kind and very accommodating. The room only things really wrong with the room was the floor needed to be swept, floor boards desperately need to be cleaned and comfortable trashed. Other than that, the room was fine"

"Arrived to be told that our room was canceled. Hotels.com was not made aware either. We got there at 9:30pm. The lady at the desk was overly rude and offered absolutely no explanation whatsoever. When I was able to get an agent for Hotels.com (45 minutes of holding) they contacted the property and was advised that they canceled the booking due to overbooking. We had to search for another room which ended up being 25 minutes away. "

"Room was large and spacious. The full kitchen was one of the perks we were looking for. Parking is limited. Sofa bed was dirty with crumbs and debris. We had to request a vacuum to clean it up. Dishwasher had dirty dishes from previous occupier. No extra trash bags in room. Despite the issues, we would stay here again for the two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen. "
