"We always stay at the Royal York when in Toronto. The rooms and staff are always perfect and in the winter we always have great options for room service dining....although we did miss seeing the fish and chips on the menu this past visit. A stopover at the York is always a great finishing touch to our travels. Next visit will be this April for a game at Scotiabank Arena, can't wait!"

"The room was clean and well organized. We noticed the coffee maker was not working and after calling the guest services it was replaced within minutes. Excellent customer service in every department from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeper. The only issue we had was that the parking ticket was not updated and it caused a issue with one of the other guests leaving behind us and was extremely angry at us and almost caused a altercation. "
