"We had to call 3 times to get our room cleaned, when we complained they said they only clean every 3rd day. They should have told us that at check in. We even spoke with the manager. I had to call again for clean towels and coffee. NOT once did they vacuum our room and our trash was over flowing and they finally emptied it the day before we left . We spent 5 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. We talked with the hotel manager and housekeeper manager and your staff is only as good as they are. They don’t care and it shows in the staff"

"We rented this home for a family gathering, choosing it for the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and open layout. For our group of 10, the space itself worked well and allowed everyone to gather comfortably.The interior was generally clean on arrival, including most bedding and linens. We had no issues with heating, cooling, or TVs—all worked as expected.That being said, there were several concerns that future guests should be aware of. The exterior was poorly maintained: the yard was overgrown with weeds, not mowed, and had visible trash. The listing mentioned a grill, but we did not see one.Inside, there were multiple safety and maintenance issues. The front porch carpet was dirty, torn, and a tripping hazard, with no handrail. The kitchen floor is damaged and uneven, and the rug under the dining table is worn and also a tripping risk. These are not minor cosmetic issues—they impact safety.Cleanliness was inconsistent in places. Two towels under the upstairs sink had stains and did not appear freshly laundered. The bathtub trim upstairs is peeling with water damage, and the stair handrails were sticky and grimy.The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult for several of us to sleep well.Overall, while the layout worked for a large group, the lack of upkeep and safety concerns made the stay less comfortable than expected."
