"I was surprised to arrive to the hotel that advertised “on-site parking” to be told that the parking lot was full and that I had to find street parking which was quite dark. It would be nice if you could light the sidewalk so it didn’t feel scary. I’m not familiar with the area so parking and walking at 10pm in the dark with nerve racking. "
