Easy place to get to; helpful staff. We had a large room. The hotel was quiet. Hot tub out of order and our room was ovwrlooking the train track which, unfortunately, had a train come through in the middle of the night and woke us all up. It had a nice terrace on our floor for relaxing.

The parking was great even it had a $15 fee per day. You park take elevator right to your room floor. Shuttle to Mayo made it easier for us. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was okay had better but it worked

The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay overall. Breakfast was always great. Front desk staff amazingly helpful. Our only concern was housekeeping was a little disappointing. We had to request clean towels after day 3 and then requested a trash pickup and clean towels again on day 7. We were told there would be a “complete refresh” on day 7, but only had clean towels dropped off.

The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them.
