"This property had such nice extra touches! Linens and bedding were just excellent with such thoughtful kitchen appliances and tools. Cooking was easy and the Cafe nearby was super convenient. Our stay was so comfortable and cozy that we can’t wait to return. Our hosts were super responsive too. Give Hattie’s Place a try next time you’re in the Winona area. "

"~ No elevator! ~Shower only (no stopper for bathtub) ~Room 310 heater had loud noise - when asked to fix they came in turned down the heater and when it didn’t make the loud noise made no further attempts to fix it. ~No tea at “breakfast buffet” ~Blanket did not keep me warm (super thin, this is in MN!) ~Phone did not work Only reason it is getting a 3 star is because it was clean and tidy, which is appreciated!"

"Anne’s spot is amazing. The view of the river (& sunrises & sunsets) is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need. The side porch was also a great place to sit & look out at the river. Communication with Anne, the check in process, and check out directions all went smoothly.Definitely would recommend this spot to others!"
