"I mostly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is enormous with many elegant public rooms that are furnished with gorgeous furniture, paintings, etc. I enjoyed drinking wine and cocktails in the splendid Library bar (this was a cool refuge from the oppressive heat outside). My room was good size and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I have 2 criticisms which are both related to their restaurant. Een wegbeschrijving zou fijn zijn, steile weg naar boven, wij kwamen van de verkeerde kant aanrijden en dan is het een avontuur om de Quinta te bereiken. We hadden ons meer voorgesteld van de sfeer en gezelligheid, helaas waren we de enige gasten en had Carlos geen hart meer voor zijn bedrijf. Ze gaan ook stoppen met deze quinta. En op zondag wordt er niet gekookt, wij aten eenvoudig op zaterdagavond en prijs...
