"From the first to the last day, we had a great time. Thank you to George and his family for their welcome and help during our stay. Check in process was smooth and we were warmly welcomed. We had fresh fruits, olive oil and tsikoudia and freshly baked cake on arrival.It was very clean and all the amenities you could want.Location was excellent. You could walk to the village (vryses), and the beach at georgioupoli was 15 mins, rethymo approx 35mins. There are smaller supermarkets in Vryses, bigger ones in kalyves and georgioupoli. Great mountain views from the house. Pool was good and was cleaned during our stay. The location was private as you are not overlooked by anybody.The host, George, is easily contactable and any issues are promptly resolved (one of the AC units needs fixing, and it was sorted immediately). We would definitely recommend this property for families."

"Perfectly situated in the small town of Georgioupoli. Plenty of places to eat (highly recommend Poseidon!) & drink all within walking distance. Right on the beach, with private & free loungers for hotel guests and food/drink service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival (shout out to Kaan). Would definitely stay here again and I don't say that about anywhere! Genuinely the photos don't do the hotel justice. Only thing that let the hotel/area down was the amount of litter and cockroaches around the staircase up to our room which just kept accumulating over a few days."

"We spent 11 wonderful days at this villa in Crete, and everything was absolutely perfect. The welcome was exceptional. Since I had mentioned that we would be arriving late and probably would not have eaten, our host had kindly prepared some food for us, as well as eggs and other items for breakfast the next morning. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to start our stay peacefully without having to go grocery shopping first thing in the morning. Our host was incredibly attentive. She regularly checked in on us, shared great tips and recommendations, and did everything she could to make sure we had the best possible stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable to live in, and perfectly maintained. The swimming pool is also fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linen smelled lovely. The location was ideal for us, close to beautiful places and lovely beaches, while still allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa. We truly have nothing negative to say. It was an excellent stay in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable house, with a wonderful and caring host. We highly recommend this villa!"

"A lovely villa with all the ameneties you could wish for. The garden is perfect for sitting in the sun or shade, with a great pool to cool down in. The villa is set back from the road through the village so is very peaceful. Politini is a wonderful host and made sure everything ran smoothly. And if you are wondering what the birds are that you can hear but not see in the orchard next door, a bird spotting app says they are peacocks."

"Wir waren Zwei Familien mit Kindern und können das ruhig gelegene Anwesen nur empfehlen. Pool, Grillbereich, ein kleiner Spielplatz, viel für die Kinder geboten. Einkaufsmarkt in kleiner Entfernung , toller Strand in Georgioupoli, alles da was man braucht. Bei der Anfahrt vom Flughafen führt einen GoogleMaps leider etwas kompliziert, man sollte nicht die Unterkunft sondern einen Punkt auf der Straße unten eingeben. GoogleMaps lässt kein überqueren der doppelt durchgezogenen Linie zu. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch wegen dem sehr familienfreundlichen und flexiblen Check-In und Check-Out."

"This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "
