"Online advance check-in didn't work and there was a long line at the front desk. Surprised by $25/day parking which required me to wait in the line again to get a ticket from the parking garage validated. Only 2 elevators for 11 floors was very slow. Breakfast was good, not great. Hotel was loud at all hours, full of sports teams."

"My room was fairly clean, except there was a lot of hairs in the bathtub and behind the bed was really dirty. I couldn’t find my earrings so I moved the bed a little bit to see if my earrings were behind there they weren’t, but there was a dirt anyways the staff was really nice. The pool I think might’ve had too much chlorine because my eyes were burning just being in the room and down the hall, the breakfast was excellent. It would be awesome if they had more fruit though the location was perfect for me. I also really like the layout of my room. It was great. There is not enough parking if the hotel is full overall good hotel for families."

"The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. We were given a plunger, but it didn't seem to help. Also, the sausages at breakfast were cold on both days. There’s no way this hotel is worth the 180 a night. "

"No towels for the pool even after asking the front staff. Had to walk from the pool to the 4th floor room with a cold toddler. I get it was a busy this weekend but for $272/night I was expecting a bit better "
