"The room was clean and the shower/ bath having great water pressure. Breakfast buffet was a real treat with so many options. The only negative was the street noise coming through the wall situated AC system making it seem that a window was open."

"If you’re looking to be in the heart of Osaka, you honestly couldn’t book a better hotel because the location is perfect. Nice, clean and modern no-frills hotel, great value for the price. One thing to note is that we were given a room on the 2nd floor, when we asked for a higher room they said double/king rooms are only on floors 2-4 and all high room floors are twin room, which is a little disappointing, as we were hoping for a view. This didn’t impact the noise though, the room was very quiet considering the hotel’s location!"

"The location is very convenient, the nightly ramen/ice cream treats were fun, and the breakfast was more than ample each day! We stayed here with my parents in two rooms for three nights. When our AC malfunctioned on our first night, the staff was very helpful in relocating us. We have visited Japan over 20 times, and found this hotel to be very unique with a lively/fun vibe. If you are used to Western hotel rooms, you will find these very small, with correlating bathrooms...but when in Rome...or in this case, Osaka...you just get used to it and it's not a big deal! I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel, I appreciated being near two restaurants that catered to my mom's celiac disease (okonomiyaki made with rice flour), and near so many massage places (where I enjoyed affordable leg massages). Highly recommend!"
Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi

"The hotel is generally clean and comfortable. For the price, you get value out of it. The staff is less courteous than staff at other Japanese hotel. But is generally helpful. Maybe the staff thinks Hearton is a budget hotel and therefore doesn’t need to be at a higher level of courtesy. One thing I would not recommend is the breakfast. There are few dishes. Most of them are cold or salad dishes. The rice is some type of brown rice. That is a big disappointment. No warm noodles. Overall, it s a good hotel for the price. But don’t pay for the breakfast."
