You were informed in advance that our check-in is now automated due to the pandemic, so we cannot fully understand your execution. It is also incorrect that there was no staff on site on the day of your departure, as our reception is open until 12:00 p.m. every day. Unfortunately, due to your anonymous notification, we cannot trace in which room you stayed. However, an expert review of all rooms has shown that there is no mold in any of our rooms. You would also have liked to book a room on the south side for a small surcharge, in which you sleep facing away from the street and these rooms have a tea / coffee station. Since we are a passive house, air conditioning is not necessary, air is exchanged automatically and our rooms are well air-conditioned in both winter and summer. We very much regret that we were not able to meet your wishes and expectations and that you did not have a pleasant time at Midori and would have wished that you had spoken to us directly about this. Nevertheless we wish you all the best.

From your review, we found that they had a room with a refrigerator, because they lacked the dishes. We ask for your understanding that not all rooms are equipped with the fridge, so we offer the facilities to be booked individually.
