"Staff was friendly & helpful. However we waited a long time for the hotel shuttle. After being told "he was on his way twice." If we knew the shuttle was picking up at other locations, we would have understood that. Instead we saw other shuttles come by at least two times before our shuttle arrived the first time. Be more transparent with guests. "

"Staff was terrible we arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready, we were told it was 10 minutes when we finally got our room it was 4. The rooms air did not work nor the TV. We called and they said they would send someone. No one came! At 8pm when we left the front desk said maintained man had already left. There was no way to get the soap out of the body wash in the shower nor conditioner. Over all I want a refund. We didn't sleep because the room was hot. We couldn't even watch tv when we got back. "

"Firstly the shuttle driver from the airport was rude I should be at door 7, on the reservation didn’t says the door number, I followed the airport sign for hotel shuttle which says door 23.. checking in is not friendly with attitude, dont expect for much breakfast was not that good too, I paid $126 for night, I should go to a red roof for cheaper… I didn’t though about it until I checked in my room.."
