"We booked this hotel because of shuttle availability. I booked 2 rooms. The shuttle ended at 8 pm. The cruise shuttle was not free and only available one way. The ATM was broken. The pool was filthy. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The eggs were wet. The side meat was chopped up hot dogs. I am so disappointed in this experience."

"Staff was terrible we arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready, we were told it was 10 minutes when we finally got our room it was 4. The rooms air did not work nor the TV. We called and they said they would send someone. No one came! At 8pm when we left the front desk said maintained man had already left. There was no way to get the soap out of the body wash in the shower nor conditioner. Over all I want a refund. We didn't sleep because the room was hot. We couldn't even watch tv when we got back. "

"Everything was clean and the front desk was very friendly. The kitchen area was a little worn but it would not stop me from staying there again. The other issue is that there was nothing around you to walk and eat. "
