"This was a lovely property, perfect for what we needed. Pictures are 100% accurate. Easy check-in procedure. Lovely location rep (Tony) who checked to make sure all was okay. Very friendly. Situated right beside Dora Canal and convenient to downtown area of Tavares, it was just what we needed for our weekend. Would stay there again if in the area."

"This home was nicely decorated and stocked well. There is an outdoor recording camera facing the pool deck area that to me was very invasive. This camera should be removed."

"The host is wonderful! We had stayed here two years ago and have had some major changes in the last few months. My oldest really wanted to come back so I found it and reached out and he helped with everything! We communicated through text and he even let us in a bit earlier due to our earlier than expected train. We will stay here again when we get back down there for sure!"

"This was a very disappointing experience overall. When we returned to the property the first evening, there were a thousands of bugs inside the home. It quickly became clear they were getting in due to doors that do not properly seal. We had to secure the back door shut with a patio chair and a brick just to try to keep bugs out, and the sliding glass door also did not fully close.On top of that, the cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. The couches and carpets were extremely dirty and visibly stained, and the sunroom TV did not work. We reached out to the host about the bug issue and were told to turn off the lights inside because the blind mosquitos are attracted to it. That’s not a reasonable solution when you’re paying to stay in a home on vacation. When I stated that we didn’t want to turn the lights out and sit in the dark, he responded that it’s 9 at night, what do I suggest he does. It’s not the guests responsibility to figure out issues at their property! Between the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and how the situation was handled, this stay did not meet expectations."
