I stayed at this hotel while I helped my stepmother pack her house/garage for her move, I came back to the hotel needing a shower. The first night the water was lukewarm but turned cold as I was finishing up. I didn’t think much of it and went to bed. The next evening, the water was cold (not even lukewarm). I called the front desk. I asked them if they tended to run out of hot water at night. They said no and apologized, but said they couldn’t move me until morning as no room was available. I went to bed without a shower.
The next morning,I checked the water and it was hot. I discussed this with the front desk and since they denied this was ever a problem (and I had the problem two nights in a row), I asked to be moved to a different room, so I would be assured of a hot shower that night.
I asked for the manager’s name and was told he would be in on Friday morning. I also called BW customer service.
I had hot water the next two evenings in my new room. I checked out early Friday to go to airport. When I landed at my home airport (around 1pm), I called the hotel, but the manager had left for the day. They didn’t know how to reach him.
I called the hotel to speak with manager again on Monday. He was not there, so I e-mailed him. I received no response after waiting two weeks.
I again called BW customer service. I wanted to be credited for one of the nights’ stay. They offered a $50 (less than 1/2 of one night’s stay) credit by mail that I have still not received.
