"Rooftop bar closed on Monday and Tuesday 😖 The lobby is tastefully done, room was huge! Balcony view is excellent. Location, perfect! Many of the places in the building were closed off with do not enter signs. One cannot go down the stairs as the ground level door is locked! Maybe one day it will be a “boutique” hotel.. The pool is large and surrounding area well maintained. And yes, I would stay there again! It’s just a work in progress! "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Air worked great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good with some nice options. The woman who took care of that was on it and worked pretty hard to make sure people were happy with everything. Coffee and tea was always available 24/7. Parking was never a problem. I will definitely stay here again when in town. "

The screened outdoor area was really nice. This kitchen - best furnished kitchen we've ever had. Everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you for everthing."

"You would never expect this gem when you pull down the street, but this house is perfect for a crowd or a couple! The view is amazing and the porch is perfect for reading a book or catching up with family. The kitchen nook is cozy and the furniture is comfy! This is a must book if you are visiting the Leesburg area!"

"The property on the outside looks good but on the inside is another story. The smell of urine in the room you can see the mold in the AC unit and the lamp. Tried to fight the charge as we didn’t even/ couldn’t stay they didn’t have any other room to offer and with asthma that wasn’t the place to stay. Even for one nite. "
